This vertically configured machine is provided with hydraulically operated Anvil and Upsetting units. This single head machine has job clamping vice and steady rest mounted at its front and Auto loading and Unloading system mounted at its sides. It is used for producing flanged components from bar stocks like IC engine valves.

This double headed Upsetter is provided with hydraulically operated Anvil and Upsetting units. It is used for producing flanged components from bar stocks like IC engine valves. The machine works in continuous auto cycle. The machine has a PLC based control system.

This Upsetting machine has the following advantages.

  • IGBT control for heating current: Three phase power input ensuring equal current on all three phases. Sinusoidal power input to transformer eliminating line harmonics.

  • All settings except jaw change and anvil change can be done offline
