6T - Machine with Built-In Deflash, Deflect and Auto Loading / Unloading
This is a Single Head 6 Ton Horizontal Friction Welder with automatic loading/unloading and deflash capability. It is capable of welding cylindrical components and specifically Automobile Engine Valves. This machine is designed to weld pin-to-pin using an auto loading system. A pneumatic loading mechanism helps in transferring jobs to the welding spindle and clamping vice to start the welding process.Subsequently, it is moved to the deflash spindle automatically and a pair of deflect rollers are employed to check the correctness of the weld job.
