Europe’s largest commercial aircraft, the Airbus BelugaXL, has officially entered service, giving the European aerospace giant a distinct advantage in the rapid transport of aircraft parts.
Following on the heels of the Beluga’s 2018 maiden flight, Airbus’ latest behemoth has been put through its paces clocking some 600 hours of additional flight tests during a jam packed 10-month test schedule.
